While most people were out having a good time on New Year’s weekend, I was doing something far different. I did….my taxes.
Doesn’t that sound like fun?
Since I have self-employment income, I pay estimated taxes and to be as accurate as possible I choose to annualize my income. That means I literally do my taxes every quarter. Because I’m apparently a masochist.
Just as a reminder to everyone, if you need to make quarterly payments, you need to make them by January 15th. Cheers everyone!
